When & Where

Arrival to Worton Kitchen Garden (OX29 4SU) for 3pm on Thursday 24th of July. Transport has been arranged for hotel pick up at 2:30pm from Bull & Highway hotels (+£10pp). For those driving, there is parking at Worton Kitchen Garden.

We would also love your company at the hotel bar from 7pm on Wednesday 23rd of July for some drinks and a few speeches from loved ones.

Accommodation

We are so happy that all of our guests are staying at the Bull & Highway hotels (OX18 4RG). Check-in is from 3pm.

Dress Code

Summer wedding!

Please avoid wearing the wedding party colours; yellow & gold.

Top tips for the ladies. the venue is mostly on grass so avoid stiletto heels.

Food & Drink

Following the wedding ceremony, there will be a selection of cocktails and canapes. If you prefer something other than cocktails, there will be a small cash bar available.

For the wedding breakfast a sit down 3 course meal will be served family style. Worton will be accommodating dietaries from your RSVPs but please let us know if anything has changed.

During an evening of dancing, there will be a small cash bar with house spirits, wines, beers, cocktails and non-alcoholic options. However, if you would prefer something specific please let us know.

Carriages

Transport has been arranged for those who would like to use it. This is scheduled for a 11pm pick up time and will also be +£10pp.

Smoking

To preserve the natural beauty of Worton’s gardens, please keep smoking to the designated area and use the provided bins. There will be a small selection of cigarettes available (skinny menthols of course).

Phones, Photography & Social Media

We have decided that there will be a no phone policy during the ceremony. This includes photographs & videos of the ceremony. Please enjoy the moment and our professional photographs will be shared with you as soon as possible.

We want to enjoy every minute with you so please avoid social media until the next day. We can’t wait to see your photos over breakfast the next morning!
